Sometimes we need to take a step back to move forward.
Recently, we made a strategic decision that will feel familiar to many who have worked with us through the years: we are realigning our flagship IONM brand, Neurosign, with Technomed, the leader in the design and manufacturing of IONM and CNP instruments. Over the next several months, people will see many changes related to this realignment.
This may raise a few eyebrows as Technomed and Neurosign have previously been aligned. What is exciting now is that we have a stronger team and the infrastructure in place to support the joint growth and sustainability of Neurosign and Technomed. Many have already seen some of that, from a dedicated product manager for Neurosign to marketing support, engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and a growing worldwide sales team.
This dedicated Neurosign team will now unite with the Technomed team, who include a world-class engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs staff along with sales administration professionals.
While we hope to make this transition as smooth and seamless as possible, we know there may be a few bumps along the way. We can only ask for patience as we work through the details of this transition.
Both Technomed and Neurosign will continue to be part of the same larger company (Welcony) that includes Magstim, the company that spawned Neurosign and continues to manufacture the Neurosign V4 Intraoperative Nerve Monitor. The dedicated support that we have in place is discovering areas of improvement as well as opportunities for innovation. This realignment will only make what we do better and stronger.
Hundreds of thousands of patients have seen their lives improve because of what we do with our business partners around the world, and that can never be understated. Through this transition, we look forward to serving so many more patients worldwide because of that dedication and support.
